“Specialized” groups run at various times throughout the year. Topics include, but are not limited to anger, conflict resolution, stress, grief and parenting.

Parents and their children up to 4 years of age meet new people, talk with other
adults and give your child a chance

A six-week workshop designed for people dealing with the loss of a loved one.

A fun way for parents to interact with their child through songs, rhymes and stories.

Wednesday mornings from 10:30 - 11:15 in the Public Library from September to March.

Men’s Discussion Group Drop-in

Discuss a variety of topics including masculine identity, career, relationship and men’s health.

A six-week program for parents of children birth to 5 years of age.
